Kari Roane handles all acquisitions for the Journals Division. She manages the proposal, contracting, and initial transition phases for new titles. Kari worked in journals marketing at Taylor & Francis in Philadelphia and in the Conferences and Expositions department of TESOL in Alexandria, Virginia. She has more than twenty years’ experience with journals acquisitions and publication management, first at Taylor & Francis and then at the University of Chicago Press, which she joined 2002.
